Attracting TCs abroad

THE TRNC’s Deputy PM wants Turkish Cypriots abroad to return here. Good, but only if, like other applicants, they have “a genuine link” with the TRNC. I see. What better link could they have than being of Turkish Cypriot origin? It’s beyond me.
