Water supply cuts

WATER supplies to Ozanköy and Doğanköy have been cut due to problems with wells caused by flooding. Girne Municipality said limited water was being provided over the weekend and teams would try to resolve the problem by the beginning of next week.

Anyone needing help with drinking water should call 0542 882 1118, while those needing water tanker assistance should call the council hotline on 185.

The municipality also announced that it is open today to receive information from members of the public affected by the floods. Officials will be at the municipal police unit, in bus terminal area, from 9am to 1pm.
