Series of events to help strays

THE Furry Friends organisation aims to raise funds for street animals with a series of events this month. On May 18 and May 19 traditional afternoon tea will be held between 2pm and 4pm at the Food Lodge in Çatalköy, in aid of Furry Friends. Reservations cost 80TL and places must be booked before the event.

On May 20 the Red Ribbon Restaurant in Karakum will host a “Music and Entertainment Quiz” with DJ Ozzie at 5pm.

Tickets, priced at 100TL, are available at the Food Lodge or via Facebook, and include supper with a vegetarian option as well as discounted drinks.
