Engineer in intensive care after fall

AN ENGINEER in charge of a construction site in Alsancak who was injured when she fell three metres was taken to the intensive care unit at Near East University Hospital.

According to a statement issued by the police, Kadriye Balemen, 58, was injured when she lost her balance on the first floor of the structure and fell into a stairwell.
