Is it April 1?

EVER heard of a UK “consultancy” called WhatLogic? No, neither have I, until recently. Their advice to cash-strapped “energy crisis” victims? Here goes: “Cook dinner after 8pm.” I see. “Wash your clothes at night or in the morning.” Fine (except the best is yet to come). Here goes (and this is a belter): “Turn off your lights if the wind doesn’t blow.” Pardon? “If the wind doesn’t blow”? Is it April 1? My reader often cannot believe what he reads. After this, neither can I!
