Cyprus arms race?

I SEE that Turkey’s President Erdoğan has announced he is to reinforce the Turkish military presence in TRNC, in response to the USA lifting the arms embargo on the South, at the Greek Cypriot side’s request. Arms race? Any guesses as to who will get the blame for that?
