Nordic dance event held in North Cyprus
A NORDIC dance evening
was held “for the first time” in North Cyprus, in Girne’s antique harbour.
The event, organised by The Foreign Residents (TFR) took place at Midpoint restaurant on Sunday, October 23. Tommy Rognmo of the TFR said that more than 60 people took part.
“Without a doubt, the Nordic dance music was received with great interest, which even caused young people to throw themselves into the dance,” he said, adding that there are plans to hold the event again at a future date.
