BAD boy, rock God and verbally colourful Liam Gallagher is reportedly thinking of moving into exclusive Chipping Norton, home to the likes of David Cameron, Jeremy Clarkson and Kate Moss. Reports such folk are consequently looking for another “Oasis” of calm are wildly exaggerated (oh dear, sorry about that).
