Suella is right

ON WESTMINSTER

-

OK, I admit it. Home Secretary Suella Braverman was foolish in forwarding classified documents to her private mobile account.

She even “accidentally” forwarded some of them to others. Not wise, but pressing the wrong button on your phone is hardly a capital offence (thank goodness, I do it often).

In her defence she disclosed the mistake, apologised and resigned. PM Sunak wanted her back. She accepted. Fine by me.

Now she is in trouble for calling the Channel crossing migrant crisis “an invasion”. What the hell else can you call it? 38,000 (this year alone) uninvited foreigners illegally landing on your beaches cannot accurately be described as anything else, now can it?

Especially when the bulk of them come from countries with little or no connection to the UK and are primarily young men. Our past history should tell us that. Suella is right and merely expressing what the bulk of the country thinks.

If I was a legal immigrant who had jumped through all the bureaucratic hoops, set up a business and contributed to the wealth of the UK I would be absolutely furious.

What else do they witness? The bleeding, politically correct hearts telling us the UK government is to blame for this “human tragedy”. No they are not.

The financially rapacious human traffickers are to blame, pure and simple. Immigration

is fine and of great benefit to the UK. Hordes of illegal immigrants are not. It’s as simple as that.

Thank goodness the UK has

a Home Secretary with the guts to tell it like it is. This illegal migrant tide is an INVASION and it should be treated as such. Bless you Suella!
