Last homes for sale at Limassol Marina: 12 villas and 19 apartments

Financial Mirror (Cyprus) - - COMMENT -

Limassol Marina’s success story began with 285 residential units, part of the first superyacht marina in Cyprus with its own leisure, dining and shopping facilities.

The EUR 300 mln project has since achieved unprecedented property sales across its unique apartments and villas, attracting some of the region’s most demanding buyers.

Just four years since its official opening, Limassol Marina’s last remaining homes now comprise only 12 villas with private berths and exclusive water-space and 19 apartments surrounded by water.

The apartments at Castle Residences, scheduled for delivery in April 2020, are set on a private island, accessed only by a bridge and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and the town.

A few steps closer to the marina’s superyachts, the beautifully designed and ready to move in Island Villas sit on azure waters, complete with their own water space, private berths, outdoor terraces, private gardens and swimming pools.

All residents benefit from the spa, gym, dining and shopping facilities, as well as from direct access to the golden sandy beach, located just a stone-throw away from the residences.

While Limassol is becoming one of the region’s best performing property markets, owning a home at Limassol Marina is an opportunity not to be missed.

Each Island Villa has a price tag starting from EUR 2.9 mln, while the apartments at Castle Residences, sell from EUR 1.7 mln, claiming to be the only residential units in the Mediterranean to be completely surrounded by water.

Since launching in July 2010, Limassol Marina has met the increasing demand for luxury waterside residences.

The marina was the first in Cyprus to offer stopovers for superyachts benefiting both second-home owners and permanent residents after it opened to the public in 2014.
