Full English Breakfast for a Stress Free Day

Ingredient­s: For two people: 4 good-quality pork sausages * 4 rashers of streaky or back bacon * 4 brown-cap Portobello mushrooms * 10 cherry tomatoes on the vine * 2 slices of black pudding * 1 can of beans * 2 large eggs * vegetable and olive oil * salt and pepper * parsley, chopped * 2 sprigs of fresh thyme * 2 slices of bread

Irecommend this breakfast to anyone who needs to a bad hangover. I assure you, Prepare the mushrooms. any dirt and trim the stalk level with the mushroom top. Place stalk-side up on a baking tray brushed with a little oil. Add a knob of butter on each mushroom together with a sprig of thyme. Place the tomatoes next to the mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the sausages and the bacon. Place them in a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil. Fry slowly for 10 minutes, turning occasional­ly, until the sausages are golden and the bacon crispy. Remove from the pan, put on a plate and cover to keep them warm.

Place the black pudding in the same pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy. Fry the eggs in a separate pan. Heat the pan with a little oil. into the pan and fry to your preferred stage. Season, then carefully remove from the pan.

Now put the bread into the same pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Add a knob of butter for a richer flavour. the beans a bowl, mix in the parsley, cover and heat in the microwave.
