RUTA ZULETA A SAN PABLO

Una vía, recientemente pavimentada, conecta a Zuleta con la plaza central de San Pablo del Lago. Es ideal para cruzar a la zona de Otavalo sin tener que continuar hasta Ibarra. Desde San Pablo del Lago se puede avanzar a Cusín y la Panamericana ( la vía más cor ta hasta Otavalo, o la virada hacia Parque Condor en la comunidad de Eugenio Espejo) o girar hacia el nor te, cruzar el pueblo de Arraque, pasando Cabañas del Lago (el complejo de deportes acuáticos más completo de la zona; con estadía y comida correctas) por ‘detrás’ del Lago San Pablo, hasta llegar a la zona de Agato (derecha), Otavalo (izquierda a la altura de la Cascada de Peguche) o continuar derecho hasta el pueblo de Peguche e Ilumán.

A newly paved road connects Zuleta with the town square of San Pablo del Lago. This is ideal for reaching the Otavalo area without having to detour to Ibarra. From San Pablo del Lago you can go further west to Cusin and the Pan-American Highway (the shortest route to Otavalo and Parque Condor, detouring at Eugenio Espejo) or turn north, through the village of Arraque and past Cabañas del Lago (with a decent restaurant, hotel and the best water- sports facilities in the area), ‘behind’ San Pablo Lake to Agato ( turning right), Otavalo ( turning left at Peguche Waterfall), or heading straight to Peguche town and Ilumán.
