We saved ourselves 900 km of road and some money in fuel by putting our feet up on the Sea Lion, which forms part of the Lake Kariba Ferries stable. It allowed us some much needed down time and a new appreciation for our surroundings. Sipping on G& Ts and marvelling at the sunset while the boat chugs 22 hours across Zambia’s most magnificent lake is what Africa is all about. The boat features ample parking for your vehicle while you relax in a spacious panoramic windowed saloon, laze out on a shaded deck or enjoy three nourishing meals and drinks from a fully- operational kitchen and bar.
