IFSM celebrates graduation from preparatory program for studying in Russia
A large number of executive and educational leaders took part, headed by Marwan Khaled, Chairman of the IFSM; Mikhail Kachorin, Vice-Consul of Alexandria; Prof. Ludmila Barunina, Vice-President of Astrakhan State University in Russia; Professor Mohamed Alaeddin Abdelkader, Head of the Alexandria University Branch of Chad; Governor Eng. Nadia Abda, the first woman to serve as Governor in the Arab Republic of Egypt; Major General Osama Essmat Al-Shennawi, Professor of Criminal Law at the Police Academy and Deputy Director of Ismaili Security;Ms.AmalAbdel Zaher, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Alexandria; Dr. Mohamed Mohamed El Banna,Captain of doctors in Alexandria and Matrouh; Major General Mohamed Ezz El Din, Minister Plenipotentiary of Egypt International Cultural Cooperation; Counsellor Burhan Hendi, President of the Economic Court, and Advisor Ahmed Toranah, President of Court.
For his part,Advisor Khalid,said that the Foundation is working to rehabilitate students who wish to complete their educational path in the Russian Federation, scientifically, practically and culturally, and in accordance with the traditions of our Arab nation, and our adjustment to the Russian people and life,to familiarise our students with Russian society,language,arts,customs and laws.Wishing them all the best in a new scientific and practical life, and today we celebrate the graduation of the students of the preparatory programme, to start enrolling them in Russian universities due to its worldwide high quality, and a new life open to the horizons.
