QNB ALahli receives PCI DSS Certification
QNBALahli received the PCI DSS Certification from Control Case, which is one of the largest international institutions to implement the international standards that guarantee the protection and security of payments through electronic payment cards.This gives the bank a certificate of compliance with the requirements ofVisa International and MasterCard International to secure debit and electronic credit card data in PCI DSS 3.2.1, and electronic payment applications,including electronic wallet, mobile banking,and internet banking,as well as QR Code payment.
Noteworthy, this certificate is a standard international security which includes the requirements for managing information security, in order to effectively protect customers’ data and payment cards to ensure the safety of their money and data and to achieve absolute confidence in the cards issued by the bank.The standards were put by the PCI DSS council, being the globally responsible entity for continuous development of securing debit and credit cards payments.
