Sabela Foundation to bring hope to the less fortunate
THE Sabela Foundation is gearing up to host a spectacular fun day at Manzini Club, aimed at bringing joy and hope to less fortunate children in the community.
This event, scheduled for November 18, 2023, not only marks the official launch of the foundation but promises to be a day filled with laughter, excitement, and entertainment. The Sabela Foundation, known for its dedication to helping those in need, has organized an array of thrilling games and activities for children of all ages. From classic sack racing to adrenaline-pumping egg racing, the funfilled day will also feature a jumping castle and a refreshing water slide to beat the summer heat.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, a lineup of talented Gospel musicians is set to grace the stage, captivating the crowd with soul-stirring performances. Fakazi Samuel, Mzayoni, Sphiwo Indoni, and Portia Praise are just a few of the incredible artists who will be sharing their musical gifts and spreading joy throughout the event.
To attend this heartwarming occasion, adults can purchase tickets for E50, while children can enter for E20. However, the
Sabela Foundation encourages attendees to bring parcels equivalent to the ticket amount or more, as a gesture of support for the cause. These donations will go directly towards providing a brighter ‘early Christmas’ for the less fortunate children.
Inspiration
In an exclusive interview with Fakazi Samuel, the director of the Sabela Foundation, he explained the inspiration behind the event. “Our aim is not only to spread the Gospel of Christ but also to lend a helping hand to those who are in need,” he said. “As a foundation, we collaborate with NGOs to assist the less fortunate, especially children.”
The foundation’s motto, ‘Live to save a life,’ truly encapsulates its dedication to bringing hope and happiness to people’s lives. Fakazi passionately urged the people to attend the event and support the cause, emphasizing that their participation would make a significant difference in the lives of these children, granting them an early Christmas filled with love and joy.
