As though on que, when it rained on Wednesday, employees already had a plan in place as they raised some items which were on the floor on makeshift expanded polystyrene stilts and went about their business, just taking care not to slip on the wet floors.

They said they were no longer bothered by this occurrence as it was part of their summer drill, to sweep out rain water at least several times during the rainy season. They said they grin and bear the torrents and get right back to work.

The flooded Treasury data office which called for employees to wipe off the water before returning to work on Wednesday.
