Eswatini has lost significant asset - Former ICT minister

Swazi Observer - - NATIONAL NEWS -

FORMER Minister of Information Communication and Technology Dumisani Ndlangamandla says the country has lost a significant asset.

He said the PS was a very knowledgeable man who had no issues sharing that knowledge with other people surrounding him. Ndlangamandla worked with Dlamini from 2013 when he was sworn into office as a minister till March 2017 when the PS retired.

“We are so pained and shocked about the untimely death of the PS.

He has dedicatedly worked for Eswatini and we were looking forward to him being used as a knowledge centre by the newly appointed Cabinet ministers,” Ndlangamandla said, adding that Dlamini oriented him and showed him all the noteworthy aspects of the ministry.

He said Dlamini, being the noble man that he was, would have loved to be of assistance with information wherever he can whether by the ministers or royalty.

IN PAIN: This was the situation at the late former PS Sikelela Dlamini's homestead in Hlane as family members gathered to mourn soon after the news started spreading.

BY THE GATE: A police vehicle parked by the entrance monitoring the home while a vehicle from the army approaches Dlamini's gate.
