Name: Andreas Gobie Simelane and aged 47 years and from Lomkiri township in Mbabane. When did you start training and what was the motivation behind?

“I started training in 2018. I wanted to improve my body fitness and live a healthy lifestyle.”

What was your weight then compared to now.

“I started at 105kg and now am down to 90kg.” What sort of challenges did you encounter in your weight loss overcome journey them? and how did you

“My training routine is 40 kilometres roadwork during the week and anything above 30km on Saturday or Sunday.” What are your fitness and weight goals?

“I want to maintain 88kg to 90kg because I have big bones plus a reasonable height.” What nutritiona­l changes have you done so far?

“I eat organic food most of the time such as yams, cassava, sweet potatoes, a lot of vegetables and fruits.” What is your motivation­al slogan that keeps you going?

“My body, my business ( ingami lentfo).” What advice can you share with people who have certain fitness and health body goals but don’t have the courage to start pursuing them?

“Before you eat anything, ask yourself about the nutritiona­l value of that food. Junk food tastes good but it’s unhealthy and loads the body with a lot of toxins. Make the right choice today so that your body thanks you tomorrow.”
