We should not be left behind
Madam,
Te c h n o l o g y h a s d o n e i t again but this time it is full y i n . Wit h o u t t e c h n o l o g y a d v a n c e d c o u n t r i e s would be nothing. As we now live in the 4th industrial revolution every single one of us is expected to be exposed to as many technological gadgets as possible. This cannot be ignored anymore.
Apparently i t ’s all t hanks to the COVID- 19 pandemic that some countries have been able to see that a better world brought about by technology does exist.
These countries include Eswatini as we t urned a blind eye t o t hi s productive s ystem but because of this virus, things took a slight turn. We were and are still able to see that a world without technology i s very s l ow, t i me a nd energy consuming. Technology has made it easy, cleaner, reliable and available for so many people. Surely with - o u t t e c h n o l o g y, b e t t e r a n d e v e n mo r e a c k n o wl e d g e d things would have not been achieved.
Online classes were and are continuously taking place for learners to create a future for themselves because the future is not some place we are going to but one that is made. The paths to it are not found but made a nd with t e c hnology these paths are clear.
Of course t his t echnology will not be available to everyone but at least we can try to make i t available f or most. So let us be ready for the 4th industrial revolution as it is the future and we should not be left behind.
