He‘ s not taking counselling seriously

-

We have been married for a few years now and have a child. He has cheated on me several times before. I have asked for a divorce after he got someone pregnant. This time he asked his family to do the apologising for him and promised to change for real and that he was willing to go for counselling. I reluctantly agreed to try one more time, and we went to counselling. He only went twice and stopped. He then came up with excuses like work clashing with the appointments or something conveniently comes up when we have to meet our counsellor.
