Dlamini owner of Autoglass Repairs which is a business dealing with automotive glass repairs and replacement in the Kingdom of Eswatini took time to share his business and how he runs it with the publication. “We have just started two months ago and waiting to be fully incorporated to meet our customers’ demands. We currently operate in Matsapha Industrial Site and provide mobile services to customer,” he shared.

How small did your organisation start and where is it now?
Well for now, the business is run by the owner to minimise cost as it is self-funded, as pressure mounts, we will have to hire more people to meet the demands of our customers. For now, we are at the beginning stage.
What services does it provide?
The services provided include; chip repairs on windscreens, crack repairs on windscreen and windscreen replacement.
How do you instil positive energy in your company?

What type of a leader are you? I am one person who is open to positive criticism, always up for a challenge and with positive attitude. Well, some describe me a secretive person and that depends on the question imposed.
