Siziba vs Majaha, Bhubesi vs Menzi in pool semis

MBABANE – It will be a clash of the titans this weekend as the Electric Pool Champions League semifinali­sts go head to head in a race to the finals.

During a draw held yesterday noon at the Manzini pool Club, Sizwe ‘Siziba’ Dlamini was drawn against Majaha Dlamini while Nkosinathi ‘Bhubesi’ Sihlongony­ane locks horns with Menzi Ngomane.

The semifinals fixture pitting Majaha and Siziba will be played at the Express Car Wash in Mbabane at 11am, while Ngomane and Sihlongony­ane cross swords the next day at Manzini Pool Club at noon.

One of the tournament organisers Vusi Masilela said the finals and prize presentati­on would be staged at Matsapha Police College on October 3, 2021.

“Before, pool was played in bars where there is alcohol consumptio­n and smoking. That is a thing of the past now as it is played in a healthy environmen­t that is welcoming to children and women,” Masilela said.
