DJ Ntshebe to rock Manzini Club
MBABANE – An event suited for the musically enlightened.
This is none other than Swazi Boy Entertainment’s newest event which will be hosted for the first time this coming Sunday on November 7, 2021. The event will strictly cater for deep house music lovers and is dubbed ‘Deep House Conversations’ (DHC).
The event will be hosted by the renowned stable which will be celebrating turning 15 years in the entertainment industry at the Manzini Club from 10am to 5pm.
This publication spoke to Ur Gal Zee who is the Communications Officer for the stable and she con- firmed by saying, “I’m so excited to share that we have a special guest all the way from the Republic of South Africa for the much anticipated Deep House Conversations. DJ Ntshebe will form part of the line-up as the headliner on this day and we hope people will come through in numbers to appreciate a deep soulful house Sunday with us. All COVID-19 regulations will be adhered to and we urge the public to respect that at all times.’’
DJ Ntshebe is a cross-format music curator who was born in the mining town of Carletonville and is currently based in the East Rand, Johannesburg. Like many others before him, his deejaying journey started in the late 90s in his bedroom using cassette tapes then eventually graduating to turntables. He is well respected and appreciated in the deep house scene for his uncompromising deep and soulful house music sets and more recently, his mixtape series called ‘The 2 Hour Drive’ was well received among deep house music lovers. He forms one half of dynamic duo Deepsoul Unlimited which has a growing following in the deep house space. Ntshebe has also graced many stages in and around South Africa with renowned names in the house music scene like Vinny Da Vinci, 2lani The Warrior and DJ China to mention a few.
