,n a ceremony at the Elysee Palace, Macron was confirmed by Constitutional Council Chief, /aurent )abius as the winner of April presidential election and then signed the formal re-investiture document.

Her move comes after political commentator -- Tabane alleged in an interview that A1C leaders ² including Tito Mboweni, Trevor Manuel, Thabo Mbeki, .galema Motlanthe and Enoch Godongwana ² were responsible for the formation of C2PE in the lead-up to the 2 9 elections.

CAPE T2:1 ± A1C 1ational Chairperson Gwede Mantashe has warned against factionalism, saying it was tearing the organisation apart.
He told delegates at the A1C conference in the Eastern Cape yesterday they must focus on policy and not who will lead the party.
He said it was wrong that each time the party goes into a conference delegates must fight as battles rage over leadership positions.
