Tobias set to make ‘Seven Dreams’ reality

-

He could only do as an assistant, which did not last as he left to take over the coaching seat at MTN National First Division League leaders Seven Dreams who could well be promoted today if they win. They play against Msumpe Manchester away in Pigg’s Peak, Killarney Stadium, 2:30pm.

Ntuli said preparations for the game had gone well and his charges were ready for it. A positive result from this game for Ntuli would see the Mahlanya-based side getting promoted into the premier league and he said this was due to hard work.

“We are where we are through hard work, dedication and working as a team from the management down to the supporters. We share the same goal as a team,” Ntuli said.

He said personally, he was a person who had a winning mentality and that of being successful in everything that he was doing.

“My work here at Seven Dreams was made simpler because I was working with experienced players and I worked with some of the players while they were in the promotion division as well,” Ntuli said.

The former Vovovo coach said he was also happy about his achievement since returning to the team as he found them on position 10, but now they were fighting for honours.

Disappointment

He, however, expressed his disappointment that he would not be leading the team if they eventually get promoted as he was not qualified for the premier league coaching post.

“I don’t have long term goals with the team as I am not eligible to coach in the premier league,” he said.

He further said that this was due to the fact that Eswatini Football Association (EFA) has not been opening coaching courses for a long time now. Seven Dreams are one foot into the premier league as they lead the pack having secured 45 points in 23 games.

They are closely followed by Madlenya at 40 points. The latter have a date with third-placed Nsingizini Hotspurs today at KaLanga Technical Centre.
