Jose ‘wants’ Lingard

ROMA – AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly interested in reuniting with a Manchester United star who is on his way out of Old Trafford.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Mourinho wants to bring the departing Lingard to Italy. The pair have worked together before, and it was, in fact, in this period that the Englishman had his most prolific season at United, with 13 goals and seven assists in 43 appearances in the 2017/18 campaign.

The veteran manager had previously attempted to sign the 29-year-old when he was in charge of Tottenham Hotspur.
