It happened outside school perimeters – head

-

BBend – Big Bend High School Head teacher Bongisipho Vilakati condemned the act of the karate instructor.

He said there was no justification for what he described as immoral behaviour by the karate instructor.

However, Vilakati said the school would like to disassociate itself from the act of the karate instructor as they had a teacher who was responsible for that extra curricular class.

“He is not a teacher, he only comes to join and assist when he is free as a former pupil of the school, but there are no contractual agreements that he has signed with the institution,” said Vilakati.

He confirmed that the pupil was doing Form 1 at the school but she had not returned just like other pupils who are facing different challenges.

finalise this so that we can go on with our lives in peace please,” said one of the aggrieved members on the questionnaire.

There are numerous reactions in the WhatsApp group after this questionnaire as some of the members went to the extent of saying; “I never thought I would be so humiliated by this company the way it has done so. Taking advantage of our little knowledge in crypto. Raising much hopes. Draining us so much.

“Trying to assist other down liners whom we thought they must also benefit. We worked like slaves. Such a terrible thing. Now we don’t even know where we are except those chosen few. This is such a hell I have never thought I will see myself in. I don’t know what to tell people I have recruited. But God is still God. One day!!!,” said one of the members in the crypto-currency platform Whatsapp group.

agitated

It is not only WhatsApp but also Facebook and YouTube where the agitated people have even sought the services of lawyers in trying to get the Ugandan National into repaying them their monies.

LaToken is a crypto exchange focusing on liquidity for new tokens and LaToken, according to information gathered, entered CoinmarketCap’s Top-20 in March 2019 and keeps improving each year.

It has been established that the platform has more than 1.5 million registered traders with over 750 000 downloads on google Play with a daily turnover of over 300 million US Dollars.

Besides crypto trading, eligible LaToken users can participate in selected tokens sales at pre-sales and crowd sales stages.

“We understand children are facing different challenges, but education remains vital and whatever challenges they were facing, they must come to school so we can assist where we can,” said Vilakati.

The head teacher said all the pupils including the said student must return to school so that they could continue with their education.

guardiaNs

Vilakati further said they have tried to contact her guardians to get an understanding of the situation of her whereabouts and pleaded for her return to school to continue with her education.

“We are concerned on her welfare and the other issues are secondary to the school and the only thing we shall be implementing will be to stop him from joining pupils on their training sessions,” said Vilakati.

According to the alleged, scammed emaSwati, the Ugandan National has continued promising that they would receive their returns on the investments.

Eswatini News sent a questionnaire and repeatedly tried to call Luyima over these allegations.

He was asked if it was true that he swindled people monies amounting to E9.5 billion in the crypto currency trading platform called LaToken.

He was also asked if it was true that he has been making empty promises to the registered members over their investments in the trading platform.

Luyima received the questionnaire through WhatsApp but it has been two weeks now and he has not responded. On Facebook and YouTube, the registered members have issued a notice promising a reward of US$70 000 for anyone who would help them find or locate Luyima.

The notice reads; ‘Ugandan National currently residing in Lesotho. Ssemakula and his convicted international fraudster associate Eric Fitzpatrick Danison (known as Sir Patrick Bijou) continue to take money from impoverished community members through crypto currency scams. We will email all members on spreadsheets received for more information on his whereabouts. Weownmy Global Corporation Platform is scam,’ ran the notice.

Worth noting is that most recently, emaSwati have been defrauded of their millions in another company called Ecsponent. The Central Bank of Eswatini has been shutting down numerous companies and pyramid schemes that have defrauded the unsuspecting public of their hard-earned monies.
