MALKERNS – And the best dressed prize goes to!
Muzi Sthombesihle Dlamini took if home as the best dressed male at the fourth Standard Bank Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival.
The festival was held at Malandelas over the weekend.
The winner was announced on stage by the programme directors Phila Dlamini and Anele Tshabalala. His prize was worth E2 000.
Dlamini shared that his outfit costed him E1 900 and it was put together at Fashion 21, by Lindizwe.
He accessorised his look with a bag that was made from recycled materials.
Fashionistas
Other food lovers and fashionistas from all over the world showed up at the festival, to eat, sway and love in their best attires dubbing the show a ‘cotton fest’.
From every corner of the House on Fire grounds, people were seen in their best threads swaying about and enjoying the day’s activities. The fashion theme this year was dubbed, ‘A return to the African future’, as the festival celebrated the sophistication and elegance of African vintage style as well as creative designs.
The hair slogan was ‘HAIRvolution’ as attendees were expected to be creative with their hairdos and start a HAIRvolution.
Khabo Mabuza looked flawlessly gorgeous and mentioned that she was there to make sure her children were having fun.
