FINCORP celebrates Customer Service Week

MBABANE - Eswatini Developmen­t Finance Corporatio­n (FINCORP) Group yesterday joined the rest of the world in celebratin­g Internatio­nal Customer Service week and to appreciate its clients for their loyalty to the company.

FINCORP *roup operations are made up of the FINCORP SME /ending, First Finance Company, and FINS8RE Assurance /imited.

The initiative, aimed at enhancing positive customer e[perience, kicked off on Monday, October 3, 2022 and will run through Friday, October 7, 2022.

Themed µCelebrate Service,’ this year’s Customer Service Week celebratio­n for FINCORP is focused on reminding customers, of FINCORP’s commitment to customer satisfacti­on and service e[cellence.

FINCORP is leveraging on Customer Service Week as an ideal opportunit­y planned for both internal and e[ternal customers to inspire, appreciate, and further reinforce FINCORP’s commitment to them.

FINCORP *roup Managing Director, Dumisani Msibi, said they were happy to be Moining this internatio­nal celebratio­n, “This week allows FINCORP to actively engage with our clients. Positive and strong relationsh­ips with our customers remain a key strategic imperative and this initiative shows our drive to realise this in so many ways,´Msibi said.

Msibi said it was vital for FINCORP to engage with customers and to see what front-line staff deal with on regularly to make better-informed business decisions, that would add value to the company’s products and services on offer. +e also emphasised that both staff members and customers are vital for FINCORP’s e[istence. “They are the custodians of FINCORP’s reputation of delivering the best customer e[perience.´ Msibi applauded the company’s staff, “we consider our employees to be the most important asset of the company. This year and in the past two years, our entire workforce has faced tough challenges caused by CO9ID-1 related disruption­s, yet they were still able to strive for e[cellence and dedication to their Mobs.

Therefore, they deserve to be celebrated.´ First Finance *eneral Manager, Thulani Dlamini, reminded that clients to always come forward with any inTuiries and challenges they encounter because the company was ready to serve and improve its services.

“Our entire business e[ists because of the customers. Without them, we wouldn’t be in business, that is why we take this week to remind our customers that we value them and thank them for choosing us,´ he said. “In addition to that, it is a week where we take part internally in appreciati­ng staff for the role they play in enhancing good customer e[perience,´ he added.

Finsure Assurance /imited Acting Chief Insurance Officer, Justice Simelane, said customer service was at the core of everything they do, “people will always remember good customer service e[perience. Our number one goal is to e[ceed our customer e[pectations in service delivery and let them know that we truly care about them and their needs.´

“We deeply appreciate the hard work and dedication of our employees. Customer Service Week is our chance to recognise the good work they do throughout the year,´ he concluded.
