MBABANE – Over a month later, it seems Kappa Kappa players are struggling to move on after the death of their Chairman Gcina ‘Shebeleza’ Dlaimini.

Dlamini was the &hairman of the MTN National First DiYision NFD side and a Member of 3arliament M3 for Mayiwane Inkhundla. +e died tragically during a car crash. The Mayiwane-based side &oach Thami Dlamini, when responding to Tuestions posed to him on the poor performanc­e of the team in the second-tier of local football, attributed the slump on the unfortunat­e incident.

The side are fresh from suffering yet another defeat, as they were thrashed 3- by second-placed (]ulwini 8nited in the last games of the NFD first round fixtures, which was played at the 3rince of :ales Sports *round on Saturday. The gaffer highlighte­d that the players were suffering mentally since the death of Dlamini, who was a father-figure to them. “Mentally my boys are not okay but we are trying all that we can as the management of the team to work on their psychologi­cal aspect and bring them back to the rightful state of mind after the death of our chairman,´ Dlamini said.
