MBABANE – Two men facing 10 counts were granted bail fixed at E6 000 each.
David Lebohang Thobela ( ) and Sibongiseni %rown Dlamini (2 ) all from Sidvwashini appeared at the Mbabane Magistrates Court facing multiple charges of offences they committed Mointly and individually.
The matter was before Mbabane Acting Magistrate Cha]ile Thwala. The duo is facing offences related to robbery and housebreaking.
During their appearance, the Crown pleaded with the court to have the duo remanded in custody pending the setting of trial date.
The bail application was not op posed.
On count one, the duo was charged with stealing Temantini 1hlabatsi’s property amounting to ( , act ing Mointly with a common purpose. The stolen items include a grey +P laptop, blue Samsung *alaxy AO2 cellphone and hard cash amounting to (10 . The crime was commit ted on October , 2022 at or near Makholokholo where the suspects allegedly used a knife to induce fear on the complainant.
