7hese averments were made by onstable umsile 0sibi in her affidavit, where she is robustly opposing the bail application of the pastor who stands accused of raping his two daughters. 0sibi sub mitted that when one taped at the statements of the com plainants two teenage girls , the accused pastor allegedly started to indecently abuse one of the minors when she was 2 years and the other at 3.

Complainants

It s a pity that the accused keeps on referring to the com plainants as alleged minors instead of being candid with the court and state categor ically that the two are his biological children, argued the investigator.

She further told the court that when interviewed by the police, one of the complain ants disclosed that after the unlawful sexual intercourse with her, the accused would tell her that he loved her.

She was not to talk to boys, her male siblings were to always escort her in school and to always greet him ac cused in the morning in his bedroom, submitted 0sibi.

Statement

7he investigator submitted that in her statement, one of the complaints stated that when she went to greet her fa ther in the morning, he would allegedly kiss her and touch her inappropriately. 7he in vestigator informed the court that the complainant in her statement stated that every time the accused sexually abused her, he would tell her that she was beautiful like her mother.

One day the accused or dered her to strip naked and wear a kanga lihiya . e then forcefully made her to sleep on his bed, then pro ceeded to have unlawful sex ual intercourse with her, submitted the law enforcer.

She further brought it to the attention of the court that the minor disclosed that when she complained, the accused would tell her that he was not going to impregnate her, as he was old.

7his happened from 20 up until 2023. s from 20 to 20 , the accused only indecently assaulted her by kissing, fondling and touch ing her on her private parts. e would assault her with a plastic pipe while naked, she alleged. 7he investiga tor stated that both mothers of the minors had recorded statements with the police and were ready to testify in court against the accused.
