WITH another week another bag of challenges to tackle and overcome and I know you too can overcome what you are going through. This past week was, like in other weeks, very informative for me as I learnt about the importance of keeping healthy. Keeping healthy means doing things that are good for your body like eating nutritious foods, exercising, brushing your teeth and getting enough sleep.

It’s important to understand how what you eat and what you do affects your body. A balanced diet means that your body is getting all the nutrients it needs. Brushing your teeth at least twice a day helps prevent tooth decay. Exercising for around 30 to 60 minutes each day means that you’ll stay fit and burn the right amount of calories. There are a lot of things that I can share about what I learnt about the subject, but more than anything I learnt that adopting the ‘now attitude’ is the best way to tackle obstacles.

So this week we have brought to you a more masculine dominant Style and I personally love it. Taking the leading position is a good looking man by the name of Sifiso Nxumalo, who speaks about his modelling career more than his day job. Ladies you will drool, but it’s for a good and educational cause so brace yourself for good content. In that same light we look at the latest fashion trends for him and men, this one is for you. Whether you’re sticking to the vintage era of dressing or taking up the space in high end fashion, we will have something for you.

Jumping onto the next page and there you will find a feature about ‘March babies’, referring to individuals born on the month and traits that they carry. On the same page we will have our book review which has shifted a bit this week. If you have been confused on what books to buy your children, then this week’s book review will surely be of great help. A book review is important because a review gives the reader a concise summary of the content. This includes a relevant description of the topic as well as its overall perspective, argument, or purpose. Second, and more importantly, a review offers a critical assessment of the content.

The next four pages after will be our Tourism section in this editorial, which I am sure will give you great ideas on places to see with family or on your own. Style has a lot more goodies in store for you this week, I hope you enjoy.

Until next week, dear reader.
