JESUS REVOLUTION

- BY MXOLISI DLAMINI

the 1970s, Greg Laurie and a sea of young people descend on sunny Southern California to redefine truth through all means of liberation. Inadvertently, Laurie meets a charismatic street preacher and a pastor who open the doors to a church to a stream of wandering youth. What unfolds is a counterculture movement that becomes the greatest spiritual awakening in American history.

up the past

Women recall the date, hour and minute of everything that has ever bothered them in the relationship and that definitely puts a damper on our mood. Women shouldn’t bring up past problems and mix them with current ones, or the problems will only get bigger.

They hate admitting they are wrong

Women can make huge messes, but they don’t love to admit when it’s their fault. We hate it when women can’t admit to being wrong and apologise. Find some middle ground and admit to your faults.

Use intimacy as a threat or reward

We despise it when women use their feminine charm to get what they want. For a happy and healthy relationship, it’s important to remember not to do this and be straightforward about what you want

Women don’t respect privacy

Let’s face it. If my cellphone doesn’t have a password, my wallet is in plain sight or you’re putting some private papers in the drawer, you’ll probably end up looking through them. We know this and it bothers us. There should be enough trust in our relationship that you don’t have to feel the need to prove my honesty by secretly looking through my phone.

Women who are constantly complaining

No one likes to hear someone complain all the time, especially us man. Women are sometimes specialists in seeing the negative, instead, try focusing on the positive as much as possible.

Women like to control our lives.

Women tend to do this with the best intentions, but the truth is that we are human beings, not pets. They like to criticise our haircuts, pick out our outfits and decide what we are doing this Saturday. We don’t like to be controlled, so try to be a little more lenient.

That was local musician ZaiMan telling us some of the things which girls do that boys don’t like. I believe that he has shared the most and you were also able to jot down some notes to use as reference nase ugowisha, since umjolo is now a tough task to embark on guys. Anyways I hope you all had a good read, see you next weekend for another thrilling episode of ‘Straight Talker’. Have a good weekend ahead.
