INVITATION for Consultancy & Maintenance Service for Water Hydrant System

THE AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING COMPANY OF ETHIOPIA S.C. (A.M.C.E.)

1. AMCE is looking for an organization which is interested to conduct complete survey and evaluation of the Fire protection infrastructure including hydrants and hose reels, and do maintenance and/or replacement of old and non- functional hydrants and hose reels based on the findings of the survey and evaluation to ensure appropriate and immediate response in case of fire. 2.Interested bidders can obtain a complete bidding document and TOR from Logistics & Purchasing Dept against payment of a non-refundable fee of Br 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) within 10(ten) calendar days starting from April 24, 2023 Monday to Friday from 9:00AM-12:00PM in the morning and from 2:00PM-5:00PM in the afternoon.

3. Bidders who are interested to participate are required to submit a renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration, TIN Certificate and other documents required in the TOR together with their offer.

4. The sealed bids shall be marked “Bid for the Procurement of Consultancy & Maintenance Service”, addressed and submitted to Purchasing & Logistics department and the offer shall be submitted in two separate wax sealed envelopes, technical and financial in the above stated address not later than Friday May 08, 2023@ 10:00A.M.

5. The bidders are expected to include company profile with past experience related to the required services.

6. The bid should be accompanied with a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO. The bid will be closed on May 08, 2023 at 10:00 AM and the technical proposal will be opened on May 08, 2023 at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at AMCE Meeting Room.

7. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids at its own discretion.

8. Bidders must strictly refer the TOR document before submitting their offer.
