SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT OPENS UP ON HIS BREAK-UP WITH ANKITA LOKHANDE
The pair’s love life has been the talk of the town for the past year.
Sushant Singh and Ankita Lokhande were very public about their relationship, back when they were in one, and never shied away from talking about it.
However, things got nasty after their break-up, what with numerous reports about the supposed ‘reason’ behind their break-up, Ankita’s rumoured alcoholism and Sushant’s apparent philandering ways.
However, Sushant has now opened up about his very public and talked about break-up with longtime girlfriend Ankita Lokhande in an interview with BollywoodLife.
“There is nothing to learn. Now I have decided that if and when I get into a relationship, I won’t discuss it with everybody. So that when the break-up happens, it doesn’t become a public breakup. It remains a personal breakup,” Sushant said.
“One thing is for sure, I am doing something that I really like to do (working in films) and having said that, I don’t have the time to think what people think of me. And also, I don’t have an obsession for my future.
“So I don’t have to protect or earn a certain reputation. If you ask me a question in a nice way, I would answer you that question honestly. That’s about it. There is nothing to mince and not say or protect,” he added. Sushant will soon be seen in the upcoming film Raabta, in which he is paired with Kriti Sanon.
Raabta is scheduled for a June 9 release.
