Jack’s dedicates award to staff
Valuing their staff and making them know they are valued is one of the things that makes retail giants, Jack’s of Fiji Retail stand out in business. These sentiments were echoed by Jack’s of Fiji chief executive officer Bhavin Khatri when accepting the Fiji Business Excellence Prize at Fiji National University’s Fiji Business Excellence Awards held on Denarau island on Saturday night.
“I would like to dedicate this achievement to the team members because without their commitment and support, this would not have been possible,” Mr Khatri said. Mr Khatri said that the words excellence and quality were words that are both held dear within the Jack’s group because the company and the workers know that this is what will set their company apart. “I wish to thank all our hard working team members for embracing excellence and quality as part of the Jack’s of Fiji culture, helping to build a great company and delivering innovation to our customers the world over,” Mr Khatri said. Mr Khatri acknowledged the Fijian public.
“I want to acknowledge our customers, business partners and the general community for their continued trust and support,” he said. “Being responsible to people in their environment are integral parts of our day to day operations and our corporate vision,” he said.
“We at Jack’s of Fiji would like to assure our community and customers that our team will continously strive to exceed their expectations. Receiving this award is an amazing honor for our team but it isn’t why we do what we do,” he said. Mr Khatri said the Jack’s has grown in leaps and bounds because of the way the staff have come on board and embraced the vision and mission of the company.
“We love having the opportunity to care for you and we base everything we do around that,” he added.
