Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan in talks for Shonali Bose’s next?
Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan’s crackling chemistry was evident from their earlier films like ‘Dostana’ and ‘Bluffmaster’. According to reports, the duo may appear in a film by ‘Margarita with
a Straw’ fame Shonali Bose’s untitled next.
The yet to be titled movie is based on a girl Aisha Chaudhary, a motivational speaker who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at a tender age of 13 and the ordeals she had to face in her life.
She went on to give various motivational speeches at the age of 15 but destiny had other plans for her. Aisha breathed her last on January 24, 2015, at the age of 18. According to reports, Priyanka and Abhishek met the director for narration.
While the hunt for the child protagonist is still on, it has been learnt that if everything goes according to plan, the two will play her parents in the film.
