Contrary to Nemani Delaibatiki's analysis on Opposition MPs (Fiji Sun 12/6), I think they are helpless pawns and not strong as assumed.
Surely, they can only make noises and attack Government policies. They don't have the number to outvote any disliked Bill according to Section 69 of the Constitution.
How can they contribute effectively?
