Govt Buys Land to Bury Two in Kenya Crash

The Government has bought a plot of land in Kitale, Kenya, where the late Pastor Sakaraia Mataka and his late son Paula who died in a plane crash in Kenya last week will be buried.

In a release, the president and founder of Christian Mission Fellowship Internatio­nal, Reverend Suliasi Kurulo expressed his appreciati­on to Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimaram­a and Government for the gesture. The late Pastor Sakaraia Mataka and his late son Paula will be laid to rest tomorrow.

Their bodies will be transporte­d by road to Kitale from Nairobi today accompanie­d by church Pastors and Bishops.

Head of Fiji Mission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Mosese Tikoitoga and his spouse accompanie­d by the First Secretary, will also be attending the Funeral. There has also been support received from Fiji nationals in Africa and also in the British Army based in Kenya. Delegation­s from Fiji and around the world arriving into Nairobi for the funeral include Pastor Mataka’s two sisters, Unaisi Snow and Sainiana Susu.
