Sup­port­ers praise Fi­jiFirst record

Fi­jiFirst con­tin­ues to win the hearts of the peo­ple of Ba as thou­sands flocked to its rally in Ba Town yes­ter­day.

Many Fi­jiFirst sup­port­ers chose to make their praise known at the Fi­jiFirst fun day at the Ba Mar­ket ground.

Los­alini Ra­toto, 62, of Sorokoba, a great grand­mother, did not mince her words. She said: “We have been touched by his lead­er­ship es­pe­cially us, the mothers. We have never come across such a gov­ern­ment that touched us.”

She also thanked Gov­ern­ment for em­pow­er­ing women through the sup­port for the women’s fo­rum in Ba.

Per­mal Mani, 59, of Rarawai, said: “I openly say this. My fam­ily voted Fi­jiFirst in 2014 and we will re­peat this on No­vem­ber 14. It is sim­ple. They have touched our very lives and we are happy. My fam­ily voted for Parveen Bala last time and this time again.”

Ilis­apeci Volavola, 54 of Na­solo said: “It will help us a lot. We have re­ceived things from the Gov­ern­ment and it is the way to sup­port us. A lot has been said by other par­ties but we won’t be moved.”

Litea Sau­naqali of Nailaga vil­lage said: “This Fi­jiFirst Gov­ern­ment is the best gov­ern­ment that has served the peo­ple of Fiji in free ed­u­ca­tion, free bus fares, wel­fare for our el­ders in the com­mu­nity.”
