Police happy priority areas approved

Assistant Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu is happy that the Government has approved the priority areas of the force in the 2019/2020 budget.

“We’re happy … the restructure reform programme needs to be done within the five years,” ACP Tudravu said.

“It is part of the Phase 2 of our reform and restructuring programme which we will transfer 995 constables into the regular force to fill the vacancies created through our reform and restructure,” he said.
