Things to consider about drone ownership in Fiji
Let’s face it, operating a drone is exhilarating, but it can be dangerous to others. As such, the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF) has guidelines and restrictions on drone use in Fiji, some of which are : Registration- You have to register with CAAF
Maximum altitude - Flights are permitted up to a height of 61 metres (200 feet)
Proximity to Airports - To domestic airports, a distance of 3 kilometres is to be kept. At international airports, a distance of 5 kilometres must be taken into account.
Privacy - Respect others privacy when flying your drone.
