Sen appointed CEO of Housing Authority
After an extensive international and Fiji wide search for a new Chief Executive Officer, the Housing Authority of Fiji has announced the appointment of Robert Sen to the role.
Chairman Nesbitt Hazelman says the Authority is delighted that Mr Sen comes with the right skills set and personal capability to lead the Authority.
Mr Sen has an outstanding career to date in the public and private sectors where his primary responsibilities involved management and finance.
Mr Sen impressed the Authority with his wide-ranging executive experience, his qualifications in Accounting
and Administration, together with his social motivation and appreciation of the diversity of people in our workplace and our customers, and his very strong financial and business acumen.
He comes to us with an extensive experience in organisational improvement, and change management to build a refreshed mindset to complement skills and experience, focusing on accounting procedures including Tax policies, budget, contract and project management forecast, human resource, information technology and OHS. Having worked in bodies such as Fiji Roads Authority will allow him to use his wealth of knowledge and experience to shift Housing Authority into a new direction. Mr Sen will commence the role on September 16, 2019.
