One Agency Bayshore Fiji Launched, As Australasia Market Grows: Agent
Fiji’s real estate market can now attract more clients from Australia and New Zealand after One Agency Bayshore Fiji was launched in Namaka, Nadi. After over a decade of rapid growth across Australia and more recently, New Zealand, One Agency Bayshore Fiji launched its brand in Suva, Nadi and Lautoka, noted Arif Khan, the company director. “The One Agency network has now entered into over 180 licenses in Australasia and continues to be the fastest growing brand in the industry.
One Agency founder and chief executive officer, Paul Davies, said they were delighted that someone with Mr Khan’s vast experience in real estate and passion toward developing outstanding businesses across Fiji had joined their network.
“Overseas interest in Fiji properties is certainly one part of the business we can assist with.
“But importantly our marketing support and systems will also ensure local sellers and buyers will receive the best service and results possible, as will property investors and rental tenants,” Mr Davies said.
He also saw real opportunity to introduce Australian and New Zealand investors via the wide range of Government incentives to construct commercial and industrial buildings and the likes of retirement villages that were announced in the 2019 budget.
“The Fiji Government is to be applauded for its approach to attracting responsible overseas investors and developers,” Mr Davies said. Mr Khan said “We are delighted to join the One Agency family and collaborate to promote Fiji’s realestate.
“Agents cannot continue to live in vacuum and protect oneself from global events or influences. “We must diversify beyond local and embrace global. We are impressed with One Agency’s marketing support and systems to help us on our global journey.”
Establishment
Established in Lautoka and Nadi over five years ago by Mr Khan, Bayshore has carved out a strong position in the real estate market and is replicating that growth more recently in Suva.
Mr Khan returned to Fiji following almost two decades of running large real estate offices in California.
