Queen’s English

With the recent controversy over the Hindi lingo I wish to reiterate Mr Apted’s comments if we were also going to substitute the normal Queen’s English language with Fiji English that we hear over the radio such.

With a lot of aahs and Ums. I guess it would be a big issue after all. With the current slangs being used today with our young people I can imagine how catastrophic this would have on the use of the English language.
