Hard Rock Cafe Launches New Menu
FOR EVERY 24-KARAT GOLD BURGER SOLD, $1 IS DONATED TO LOLOMA HOME AND CARE CENTRE AT SABETO, NADI
On Valentine’s Day, Hard Rock Cafe Fiji debuted its most extensive menu, an innovative award-winning selection of 20 dishes that included five dishes of steak burgers.
Hard Rock Café Fiji chose the 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger as its premium product to feed the less fortunate, under the global franchise’s social scheme Action Against Hunger.
Hard Rock Cafe Fiji general manager Vishal Sami said through the franchise’s Hard Rock Heals Foundation programme, $1 from each burger sold will be donated to Loloma Home and Care Centre at Sabeto, Nadi.
“Hard Rock’s ongoing philanthropic efforts support the brand’s “Love All - Serve All,” “Take Time to Be Kind,” and “Save the Planet” mottos,” Mr Sami said.
“We are honouring our global commitment to give back to the community and make the world a better place to be.”
Building a burger
Just as the strings of a guitar must be perfectly tuned to play a great melody, so does every detail matter when building the best burger, Mr Sami said.
“By bringing the brand’s menu innovation to Fiji, Hard Rock is sharing its most significant brand initiative and long-term goals for Hard Rock.”
Mr Sami said the new line-up of dishes include freshly baked, toasted buns to signature sauces and produce at its prime.
“Hard Rock Cafe’s new steak burgers let’s everyone eat like a legend.”

The new menu delivered by the Fiji franchise includes:
The 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger - The shining star of the lineup is this first-of-its-kind burger with bling. A ½-lb fresh steak burger topped with 24-Karat edible gold leaf with Tillamook cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened
tomatoes and red onion. Its glitz, glamour and pure gold.
The Original Legendary Burger – The burger that started it all! This fan-favorite is a ½-lb. fresh steak burger with applewood bacon, Tillamook cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with Hard Rock’s signature steak sauce on the side.
The Big Cheeseburger – A ½-lb. of cheesy greatness, this burger features three slices of Tillamook cheddar cheese melted on a ½-lb. fresh steak burger, served with leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion.
Double Decker Double Cheeseburger – A tribute to Hard Rock’s 1971 “Down Home Double Burger” and the iconic double decker buses synonymous to the brand’s London roots, this burger consists of one full pound of two stacked 1⁄2lb. fresh steak burgers with American cheese, mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion.
BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger – This ½-lb. fresh Steak Burger is seasoned and seared with a signature spice blend, topped with housemade barbecue sauce, crispy shoestring onions, Tillamook cheddar cheese, apple wood bacon, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomatoes.
Shake It Up
The new Boozy Milkshakes are enchanting garnishes with brightcolored toppings.
With a twist on classic flavors like Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream, guests can enjoy these over-the-top milkshakes in both boozy and non-alcoholic versions alongside a steak burger or on its own as a scandalouslyspiked dessert.
Mr Sami said Hard Rock Cafe will offer limited-time milkshakes throughout the year ahead.
