■The COVID-19 pandemic is new for everyone and every day is a learning experience when it comes to patient purchasing behaviour, stock control and ordering, keeping within pharmacy budget, making the most of local resources such as hand sanitizer, face mask when stocks are diverted to more needy countries;

■During this time it is encouraging to see majority people heed of advice from authorities and practising proper hygiene, however, there are times when they have to reminded because this situation is something we are not used to;

■It is also a good time to purchase locally produced hand sanitizers and masks of good quality to support our local businesses which are suffering during this time;

■We also encourage our patients to buy locally produced fruits and vegetables as well as plant their own to make use of their free time/save money/gardening helps reduce blood pressure etc;

■We are trying to deal with this situation in a holistic way to ensure patients are medical, emotional.

And mental well-being is ensured.
