Techno Renewable Products to Save Costs

VB Holdings Limited has advised the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX) that there will be a further delay in the release of their Annual

Report.

In a statement released by SPX, the company said this was due to the disruptions in April because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The report is at the final stages with our designing and printing team and will be released to the market as soon as possible. “At this stage the management anticipates the Annual Report will be released to the market before the end of June,” the company said.

“The revised timeframe is in line with the general extension granted to the listed companies by SPX, under the COVID-19 Regulatory Relief for Listed Entities which was announced in April, 2020.”
